About rassqq

Our Story

rassqq was founded in 2018 by a team of gambling industry veterans who recognized a significant gap in the Indonesian online entertainment market. While international platforms were expanding globally, few truly understood the unique needs of Indonesian players — from local payment preferences like BCA, BRI, and BNI bank transfers to cultural gaming favorites like togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting, a centuries-old betting tradition in Bali and Sumatra).

Our founders, experienced in both casino operations and technology, set out to build a platform that felt authentically Indonesian while meeting international standards for security, fairness, and user experience. We began with a modest team of 12 people in Jakarta, serving a few hundred early adopters who appreciated our focus on fast IDR payouts, Indonesian-language customer support, and comprehensive coverage of local sports — from BRI Liga 1 football matches featuring Persija Jakarta and Persib Bandung to international leagues like the English Premier League and La Liga, which have passionate Indonesian followings.

By 2020, despite global challenges, rassqq had grown to serve over 500,000 active members. We expanded our game portfolio to include live dealer tables streamed from professional studios, hundreds of video slots from top providers, and specialized markets for Indonesian bettors — mix parlay football bets, voor bola (Asian handicap), and real-time sabung ayam streams from arenas in the Philippines and Thailand. We also pioneered 24/7 customer support in Bahasa Indonesia, recognizing that language accessibility was critical to trust.

Today, rassqq proudly serves over 2 million registered members across all 34 Indonesian provinces — from Aceh to Papua. We process thousands of deposits and withdrawals daily through partnerships with Indonesia's leading banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Our platform hosts over 500 games, offers competitive odds on global sporting events, and maintains one of the fastest payout records in the industry (6–24 hours for most withdrawals).

But numbers only tell part of our story. What truly defines rassqq is our unwavering commitment to responsible gaming. We implement strict age verification (21+ only), provide self-exclusion tools, offer deposit and time limits, and maintain a dedicated responsible gaming support team. We believe gambling should be entertainment, not a financial solution — and we're here to ensure every member plays safely, within their means, and with full transparency about odds and game mechanics.

As we look to the future, rassqq remains committed to the principles that guided our founding: deep local understanding, international-quality standards, fast and reliable service, and responsible gaming at the core of everything we do. We're honored to be Indonesia's most trusted online gambling platform, and we're excited to continue growing alongside our community.

Our Mission & Core Values

At rassqq, our mission is straightforward: to provide Indonesian players with a world-class online gambling experience that combines international quality, local expertise, and an absolute commitment to responsible play. Every decision we make — from the games we offer to the banks we partner with — is guided by this mission and the following core values:

• Trust & Transparency: We operate with full transparency. Our RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published, our terms are clear, and our financial processes are auditable. We never hide fees, we never delay legitimate withdrawals, and we never manipulate odds.
• Local Expertise: We understand Indonesia. We support IDR transactions, offer 24/7 Bahasa Indonesia customer service, cover BRI Liga 1 and local sports extensively, and provide games that resonate with Indonesian culture — from togel to sabung ayam to badminton betting (Indonesia's Olympic pride).
• Speed & Reliability: Fast deposits, faster withdrawals. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 6–24 hours. Our platform maintains 99.9% uptime, and our customer support responds in under 2 minutes on average.
• Security First: Bank-level SSL encryption protects every transaction. Two-factor authentication secures accounts. We partner only with licensed game providers and undergo regular third-party security audits.
• Responsible Gaming: This is non-negotiable. We enforce 21+ age verification, provide self-exclusion and deposit-limit tools, train our support staff to recognize problem gambling signs, and partner with responsible gaming organizations to offer help resources.
• Innovation: We continuously improve. We were among the first Indonesian platforms to offer live dealer games, the first to integrate e-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay), and we constantly update our game library with the latest titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and other top studios.

These values aren't marketing slogans — they're the foundation of how we operate every single day. When you play on rassqq, you're playing on a platform built by people who care deeply about the Indonesian gaming community and who are committed to earning your trust through action, not just words.
