• "Withdrawal" means the process of transferring funds from your rassqq Account balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To use the Services provided by rassqq, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of Account registration. rassqq strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
2. Residency: You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Services from a country or territory where online gambling is prohibited.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are not permitted to use the Services if you are under guardianship, have been declared legally incapable, or are otherwise restricted from entering into contracts.
4. Single Account: Each User is permitted only one (1) Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple Accounts (known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.
5. No Self-Exclusion History: You confirm that you have not previously self-excluded from rassqq or any affiliated gambling platform. If you are currently self-excluded or have voluntarily banned yourself from gambling services, you are not permitted to use rassqq.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access rassqq's Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• Notify rassqq immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. rassqq is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Update your Account information promptly if any details change (e.g., new phone number, address, or email).

rassqq reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or for any unlawful purpose.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

rassqq accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits are processed instantly or within a few minutes, depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. rassqq does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose its own charges. The minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000, and the maximum deposit varies by payment method and Account status (VIP members may have higher limits).

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of IDR 100,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. If this is not feasible, rassqq may request alternative withdrawal details.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 6 to 24 hours for most payment methods. VIP members (Silver and Gold tiers) receive priority processing with faster payout times. rassqq reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or Terms violations. In such cases, we will notify you and may request additional documentation.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

rassqq is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal can be processed. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence, including requests for proof of funds or source of wealth documentation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

rassqq offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the promotion page at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the following general rules:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (e.g., 5x, 10x, or 20x) before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10%).
• Expiry Date: Bonuses typically expire 7 to 30 days after issuance. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While playing with an active bonus, you may be restricted to a maximum bet amount (e.g., IDR 10,000 per spin/hand). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: rassqq reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion, or irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus is active at a time. You may not stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All bets placed on rassqq are subject to the following general rules:

• Final Results: All game and sports betting results are based on official outcomes as determined by the relevant game provider or sports governing body. rassqq's decision on the outcome of any bet is final unless a clear and demonstrable error has occurred.
• Technical Errors: If a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds display occurs, rassqq reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes situations where odds are clearly incorrect (e.g., a decimal odds error that displays 100.00 instead of 1.00).
• RTP and Fairness: All games on rassqq are provided by licensed third-party studios (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming) and use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fairness. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

rassqq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated these Terms or any other rassqq policy.
• You are engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You are accessing the Services from a restricted jurisdiction.
• You have created duplicate Accounts or are attempting to circumvent Account restrictions.
• You are under the age of 21 or otherwise ineligible to use gambling services.

Upon Account termination, any remaining balance in your Account (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to you, provided you have met all withdrawal conditions. rassqq reserves the right to withhold funds if an investigation into suspected fraud or Terms violations is ongoing.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to bring any claims on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

rassqq reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
